As some of us have no idea what BC2 is all about. I thought I'd put together some information on it.
So here is the start of the layman's guide to BC2.
Here is some information about Tanks, infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV) and bullets.
Quote:
We combine the driver and gunner positions into a single operator for our MBTs and IFVs. The commander position mans a remote 50 caliber turret on the top. He is responsible for protecting the tank from RPG teams especially on the flanks and rear. He can also use our spotting system to ID targets for the tank driver, increasing the teamplay and cooperation needed. Additionally, the IFVs can carry 2 passengers with port firing weapons to allow safe infantry transport with a bit of extra fire power. IFVs tend to be very dangerous because engineers are often along for the ride to keep the vehicle repaired.
Not ALL bullets are visible, as you don't use 100% tracer rounds. Our tracers rotation varies from every 2 to every 3 bullets based on rate of fire. Slow firing weapons need more tracers to give you a feel for where your bullets are going. And all our weapons have bullet drop, so long range headshots require proper handling of the weapon to get accurate results.
As it's been said by many fans, we strive for an authentic experience that doesn't sacrifice fun. We twist a few rules for the sake of a gameplay experience that flows seemlessly. The goal is to give players the feeling of intense combat in a world that's believable. And I think we deliver on that, you can test it yourself on Thursday.
