Seems that Larrabee will be delayed so ATI/AMD and Nvidia can relax a bit this and next year.

Bad news for intel, especially after their claims about it. Seems joining 32 p4s together to make a GPU isn't the way forward

It will be interesting to see what Nvidia do in feb/march with their new chip. It's supposed to be a monster chip in terms of performance/size and would of gone toe to toe with intel in the science world and AMD in the GPU world.

Problem is, it's a massive bugger and looks like AMD will have them covered with their better priced alternatives but at least they will have the science world as no LRB chip from intel.

not 100 % sure but i think , Intel lent the x86 structure to the us army. They developted it a bit and now Intel can use the result in Larrabee.Its not a failure , they will just delay it a bit.Just as the Fermi its not only a GPU its more a CPUGPU, i know the term its not correct but it is what it is.

I think we will se Larrabee in a 32 nm and it will be greate , maybe not in games but for physical calculations
