The Deadly Viper Assassination Squad was originally founded by Master Yoda and Cunning Stunt on December 20th 2003, as a Medal of Honour Allied Assault clan. As months passed, the Medal of Honour series began to lose its appeal with newer, better games on the horizon. We therefore took the opportunity to give birth to our Call of Duty squad. In our very first Call of Duty season, we triumphed in the Definitive Leagues Call of Duty Ladder, and stamped our authority on the Call of Duty scene. Almost exactly one year after our launch, having conquered in both Allied Assault and Call of Duty, the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad separated due to inconsolable differences. Both the Medal of Honour and Call of Duty squads formed clans of their own, elF and KoN. Almost a year later, we reformed and Master Yoda and members of the old Call of Duty squad came together to inject new life into the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad. With Call of Duty 2 and Counter Strike Source, with old and new members The new breed of ={DiVAS}= has been around for nearly 2 years, Under leadership from Darko, Jan and Dan.
However, in April 2008 Darko decided to leave DiVAS for more professional gaming and formed team Infinite. The most skilled players went with him. DiVAS was now reduced to a few but very loyal DiVAS members. We could not hold the positions in CB and ED leagues. CoD:WaW turned out not to be a competitive game. Soon we stopped playing in leagues and rather scrimmed when we could. For many months we went inactive until autumn 2009. We were now looking forward to Modern Warfare 2, and the aim was to start competing in this game - until IW decided not to have dedicated servers, making the game worthless for clans. We now do scrims in CoD4 and we still wait for a new release suited for clan competition.
